Which came first?
You
clicked on egg! A pretty good choice, as the average person eats 234 of
these every year. Eggs are an important nutritious food, but about 1 in 10,000
eggs in the U.S. supply could contain Salmonella Enteritidis (SE)
bacteria that causes illness if not well cooked. So in 1999, the President's
Council on Food Safety set a goal to eliminate this hazard by 2010.
Eggtech Limited has found a way to meet this goal and produce safe, fresh, tasty
whole shell eggs that everyone can enjoy.
With the Eggtech process the consumer comes first.
We support the national goal of safe eggs. We seek to supply consumers
with safe eggs that are not half-cooked and with no taste penalty.
