Mission

Enable Ohio eggs to meet the goal of safe eggs by 2010.  The US Egg Safety Action Plan set this goal and Eggtech Ltd. has patented technology to meet it.

Profile

This is a limited partnership of three of the major egg producers in Ohio.  The Center for Innovative Food Technology in Toledo and the Ohio State University Food Science and Technology Department are members of this team that will bring safe egg technology to market.
